Hi! I’m Alisa, the founder and creative mind behind Bba Lash. My passion for lash artistry goes beyond just creating beautiful lashes—I’m here to elevate the entire lash experience.

From the very first time I picked up a pair of tweezers, I knew I was destined to be in this industry. But it wasn’t until I discovered the Russian Volume technique that I truly found my calling. There’s something magical about the art of crafting ultra-light, perfectly symmetrical fans using 0.07 diameter lashes. The result? Lush, full lashes that are both dramatic and delicately natural.

At Bba Lash, I’ve made it my mission to not only provide my clients with the highest quality lashes but also to train the next generation of lash artists. I believe in the power of personalized beauty, and that’s why every set of lashes I create is customized to highlight each client’s unique features.

In our studio, I’ve designed an environment that blends luxury and comfort, where every client feels pampered and cared for. And through our academy, I’m dedicated to helping aspiring and experienced lash artists perfect their craft—whether they’re just starting out with Classic lashes or mastering the intricate Russian Volume technique.
